Career Development
ITRI invests in its employees through the ITRI career development program. Employees are encouraged to take courses that are of help to their performance or career goals. They may take advantages of outside offerings, or just choose from a rich menu inside ITRI.
Every year, ITRI organizes and runs over 1000 technology seminars, symposiums, and conferences. ITRI offers over 300 basic and advanced skills and management classes. On average, an employee receives 53 hours of training per year.

- ITRI offers a convenient and self-paced e-learning program that employees can access anytime. ITRI's Digital Library is an extensive online collection of multiple libraries of information.
- The goal of ITRI's general skills training program is to develop core and management capabilities in its employees.
