General Information
ITRI plays a major role in Taiwan’s National Nanotechnology
Program, a six-year (2003-2008), NT$ 21 billion (US$630 million)
endeavor with industrial development being the dominating element.
NTRC works closely with governmental, academic and industrial organizations
to ensure the optimal use of resources and well-coordinated efforts.
Within ITRI, NTRC puts together talents and equipment of various
laboratories to carry out leading-edge research with greatest promises
in market impact and/or technical competence-building.
